Facilities are enjoyable, especially the personal is very friendly and willing to fulfill the wishes. The general impression is very good, very clean and the garden and pool is spacious, oasis of calm. The Hotel is highly recommended. I gave your address to my travel agency they want to offer your hotel to the customers. Thank you for the time I could spend in your hotel.

Excellent facility: Lobby, rooms, secure, clean. Recommendations: (1) Hotel is unknown to taxi drivers and each return becomes a navigation project. Advertise, provide a small map with the key jacket, inform the hotel-desk at the airport etc... (2) Car-hire service was not good. Perhaps because the regular driver was not avaialble. Car was not worth the extra money over a taxi and there were navigation problems. Guests are not happy of being captive with one car-hire solution. Make an agreement with a local taxi stations to provide a taxi & reliable driver upon a call. Staff did not want to call a taxi - that;s bad. (3) You advertise Wi-Fi (room brochure) but have only wired. why? (4) Credit card support was scary.
